Start up Support: Consulting services focus on providing management assistance to early stage start-ups. This includes business plan development, market strategy, sales modeling, providing seed-capital funding and assistance in obtaining funding. The first step is getting to know and evaluate each other to determine if a true win-win relationship can be established. We usually structure a relationship around a results-based compensation package, as Start-ups are incapable to afford consulting fees. This may involve combinations of minimal retainer fee, expense reimbursement and earned commissions.
2. Business Development: Consulting services to assist clients to explore different other potential avenues to grow the business non-organically. This results in partnerships, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. The basic approach is to profile the client company through a series of appraisal of plans is followed by market research. Interviews with customers and potential customers help to complete a high-level market needs picture.
3. Debt Management: Consulting services focus on reducing the financial cost of an investment and running the venture. This includes validation of CMA data, presentation development wrt investors and assisting in getting cheap funding thru Banks, NBFC’s and PE’s. In this world of cutthroat competition every one has strived hard for its survival and for SME it is only possible thru way of cost reduction.
4. Financial Restructuring: Consulting services focus on DRT and DRAT matters related to NPA’s & NPL’s, further providing an investor or financial help to restart the business. This includes appointment of Legal team, addressing litigation matters and drafting of legal deeds/documents, searching an investor, presentation development for investor.
5. Financial Assistance: CRPL assists client with seed capital financing, short-term finance thru ICD’s and focus on arranging funds from various investors and stakeholders. Financial assistance is been provided to the clients who are associated with the CRPL management for quiet long time. Having strong network of more than 400 SME in India CRPL is able to arrange the financial help from its network within 2 working days.
6. HR Management: Consulting services focus on turning HR function into a highly credible business partner, driving strategic people initiatives while improving the cost, quality and pace of key services such as recruiting, training, and administration. This includes setting quantified targets, measuring performance, and demonstrating its contribution to business value.
