Position Summary:
• The incumbent will be responsible to build a high performing Metro Agency Associate team
• Achieve targeted business results in the Retail business through effective translation of the business strategy into action plans.
• Provide leadership and motivation to the associate team for achieving business targets, product mix and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Should have a strong background of driving business through high ethical and moral code of Conduct.
• Ensure higher renewal persistency
Desired Profile:
The incumbent should be a pleasing personality with proven selling skills. Set and achieve business & productivity targets. Should have an entrepreneurial mind set with a high risk appetite and hands on experience in recruiting successful sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & training of Sales personnel
2. Manage the productivity of the field force
3. Monitor and review their performance and take corrective actions
4. Set and achieve business targets
5. Ensure compliance of the business on audits and regulatory standards
6. Focus on need based selling & activity management
7. Enable superlative performance through alignment of team with organization’s objective
8. Ensure clarity and enhance understanding of new sales process and management systems
9. Interact regularly with the customers to ensure committed & partnership based relationship
10. Adherence to all financial & administrative systems
11. Drive R&R and exceed benchmark
12. Understand Associates business in depth and seek opportunity for business development & Revenue generation.
13. Regular team review and field visits, forging strong relationships.
14. Planning & implementing all the lead generation, sales and customer care related activities for the business.
Qualification & Experience:
Qualifications:
Graduate, MBA Preferred
Minimum Age: 26 years
Experience:
• Overall 6-8 years of work experience with minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Life Insurance/ Broking Company Sales Development role. Should have spent minimum 2 yrs in the last job assignment.
• Experience in the financial industry in sales role in Delhi/NCR market is essential.
• Should have experience of leading a team of high performing associates, MDRTs.
