AGM deadline approaching? Don’t wait till the last day. ⏳

If your company is unable to hold its AGM by the due date, an extension of up to 3 months may be sought from the ROC subject to approval and valid reasons.

And if the only issue is the 21-day notice period, the AGM may still be held on shorter notice with 95% consent of members entitled to vote.

⚠️ Important: Shorter notice does not extend the AGM due date.
