Experience : 3-5 years
Salary :24000-28000/- pm
To handle complete recruitments, payroll, handling statutory compliances, staff welfare activities, employee motivation and building up a strong team for the company.
Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback / recommendations to the management.
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
