We design change through narratives (entertainment-education), flipped mindsets (positive deviance), and tweaking how people interact (liberating structures). ees from the University of Delhi and University of Texas in communication for social change strategies. She specializes in entertainment-education, positive deviance, liberating structures, and complexity-inspired change management. Pallavi Jain: Pallavi earned her dual masters’ degrees in communication from London School of Economics and University of Southern California specializing in communication management, entertainment-education and effective social campaign & mobilization.
