AIMA organised an interaction meeting between Mr. T. V. Narendran, President, AIMA and CEO and Managing Director, Tata Steel, and Office Bearers of Local Management Associations (LMAs) of Delhi NCR region on 19th March, 2026 at AIMA House, New Delhi.

Ms. Rekha Sethi, DG, AIMA and other Office Bearers from AIMA also participated.

From Delhi Management Association (DMA), President Dr. Navneet Kumar Sharma, a Vice Presidents, Dr. Neelam Gupta and Partha Dhiraj Singha Bose participated in the meeting.

DG, AIMA welcomed the participants. The President, AIMA addressed the gathering and gave them the opportunity to share their views.

Several important points were discussed. President, DMA, Dr. Navneet Kumar Sharma raised several important issues including more frequent interaction & closer coordination across LMAs and between AIMA and LMAs. He also highlighted the emerging scenario for LMAs in the era Artificial Intelligence and Social Media and consequential impact on the role of LMAs across the country.

There was also experience sharing by the different the LMAs. The interaction was insightful and forward-looking, strengthening the shared vision of collaboration, innovation, and professional excellence.
