Java Full Stack Engineer
Contract | $58/hr (W2) | 6 Months Merrimack, New Hampshire
W2 Role
We are currently sourcing for a Full-Stack Developer to work in Client's Merrimack, New Hampshire location.
We believe that the right person will possess experience developing for Java Spring and Oracle databases. The ideal candidate will take existing work in Java and Oracle, extend its functionality and add new features. You will work with a team of other UI developer and content creators to extend a working middle-tier and database layer based on either a requirement's document, discussions with the entire development team.
Responsibilities
We will provide an opportunity for you to extend and improve Java Spring middle-tier REST API’s, as well as Oracle database tables and stored procedures. We work in agile teams to apply defined corporate style guide and accessibility standards and contribute to enterprise component library. We'll work with application development teams in the application development life cycle. We expect detailed documentation of the code and processes. We work with Instructional Designers and non-technical team members to realize the application.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience building Java middle-tier REST API’s
Build, architect Java Spring middle-tiers
Build, architect Oracle 12+
Experience creating, consuming and documenting RESTful services
Experience coding using modern best practices and accessibility guidelines
Ancillary Skills
Angular 2+ experience and front-end UI development
Knowledge of web security and performance techniques
Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS)
API Developer Experience
Work with Product Owner (PO) to track feature and functionality changes in Agile process
