Our service charges are levied between 8% to 12% of Annual CTC depends on the job profile for recruitment / staffing services. Please note- for fresher requirement we will provide free services to our corporate clients. Resources will be provided from India’s top most colleges & institutes through on / off campus process. For payroll / contract employment the service charges will be discussed at the same time. or telecom surveys; we will do it on a nominal & best price in market. We are working as channel partner as admission councilor with several technical / medical colleges in India. We are ready to take call center / sales process to reduce your work pleasure and maximize your productivity. Hence, you can focus on your core business area. Payout will be made on the per unit sales. Government levy / tax
Service tax will be applicable on the professional fees. In the permanent staffing / recruitment services if a selected candidate resigned from the services on his / her own will within the first Three months of joining, Divine will give a free replacement to clients at free of cost. Payment schedules
All bills to be submitted in the 1st week of every month for contract services. However, for permanent recruitment solutions within 10 days of the candidate joining.
