Every once in a while, a musical project comes along that does more than bring sounds together. It brings people, cultures, emotions and stories into the same space.

Bhoomi 2026, the cross-cultural musical vision by Bollywood’s celebrated duo Salim–Sulaiman , is one such journey. Now in its seventh edition, Bhoomi continues to create a space where cultures meet, voices find one another, and music becomes a language that needs no translation

The journey has begun with “Nuksaan” - a powerful Punjabi love song that carries both tenderness and intensity. Led by the soulful voices of Afsana Khan and Saida Begum , the song brings together emotion, tradition and contemporary musical expression. With music composed by Salim-Sulaiman heartfelt lyrics penned by Happy Raikoti , Nuksaan is more than a song. It is a conversation between two voices, two musical textures and countless emotions that live between the notes.

What makes this moment even more meaningful for us is standing beside this story not just as spectators, but as partners in bringing its sound to life.
