In line with the extension provided in General Circular 11/2021 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, stakeholders shall be allowed to file various forms due for filing between 1st April 2021 to 31st July 2021 under the Companies Act 2013 or LLP Act, 2008 without payment of additional fees up to 31st August 2021.
