Designation –Executive - Service
Job Description:
• Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or
phone in a timely and accurate
manner.
• Ensure customer’s complaints are resolved within the stipulated time.
• Handle incoming phone calls related to return material requests, product samples, order
referrals, demos, installation etc.
• Required to coordinate with other teams, departments or showrooms, company’s people to
resolve customer’s complaints and defectives.
• Provide price, cost proposals or invoices in response to customer’s requests.
• Maintain competent understanding of company’s products, their functions and alternatives
• Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
• Maintain database of customer complaints, defects, invoicing and other various records as per
the requirement.

Timings: TIMINGS SHALL BE FLEXIBLE FROM 9 AM to 9 PM

Experience: 1 to 2 years
Salary- Upto 8k per month
