I hate this interview question: "Why do you want to work at our company?"

What I want to say: "I have no idea. Your company is one of twenty I've applied to in the last week, or better yet, your recruiters contacted ME and asked me to apply.

I know very little about your company and my impression has been almost entirely shaped by my experience interviewing today. You were 10min late to my interview, you hadn't reviewed my resume before hand, and you haven't spent any time telling me why I would even want to work at your company."

What I actually say: "I really love the company mission!"

Just because you have a lot of applicants doesn't mean you can treat them like garbage.
