Even Cargo didn’t get the DEI award. And honestly? We’re thrilled about it.

Out of Amazon’s 270+ Delivery Service Partners across India, only 20 received awards in different categories. Even Cargo - India’s first women-led logistics company - won the Award of Compliance champion. Not for DEI. Not for social impact. For operational compliance and business excellence.

This hits different, and here’s why:
Let us be clear - we LOVE DEI. We exist to make the world a better place for women by creating dignified livelihood opportunities in non-traditional areas. That’s our core mission, our heartbeat, our reason for being.For years, Even Cargo has been celebrated in national and international media. We’ve collected awards, been featured in documentaries, spoken at conferences - all for our social cause, for women’s economic empowerment, for breaking barriers.
And while that recognition meant the world to us, there was always this unspoken question lingering: “But can they actually run logistics as well as the traditional players?”But not being seen as a “DEI winner” today means something profound - we competed on pure operational and compliance metrics with the very best in the industry. We outperformed on delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. We earned this honor by being better at the fundamentals of logistics.
Last week, Amazon answered that question with a resounding YES.
This award isn’t about our mission - it’s about our ex*****on. It’s about delivery times, compliance rates, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, regulatory adherence. The hard metrics that matter in the unforgiving world of logistics.

9 Years of Even Cargo | A Quiet Celebration of Courage and Community

We had planned a celebration. But with the ongoing pain and conflict around us, we chose to stand still in solidarity. Now that a ceasefire has been announced, we quietly share this moment with you—with gratitude and humility.We started really small. No playbook, no safety net—just a bold dream: to put women on the road, quite literally. Yesterday, as Even Cargo turned 9, we’re revisiting the very first video ever made about our journey—by NDTV. It captured our humble beginnings, but more than that, it captured our conviction.

Mobility to Employment: Empowering Women in Vijayawada

We are excited to announce that Even Cargo has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Vijayawada administration to establish the city’s first Women Mobility Center! This initiative is designed to equip women with two- and three-wheeler mobility skills, enabling them to access education, employment, and entrepreneurial opportunities more seamlessly.

A huge thank you to Honorable MP Shri Kesineni Sivanath (Chinni) for his support in making this vision a reality. Mobility is more than movement—it’s the key to economic independence, social inclusion, and a brighter future for women.

This is just the beginning! More such centers will follow as we work toward a future where women have the freedom to move, earn, and thrive.
