🚨 Police ne call karke bola — “Bas enquiry ke liye aa jao”?
Panic karne se pehle… apne legal rights samajhna zaroori hai ⚖️
Har police call arrest nahi hota.
Law me enquiry, notice aur arrest — teeno alag cheezein hain, aur har ek ka proper legal procedure hota hai.
⚖️ Aapko kya pata hona chahiye:
✅ Sirf phone call ya WhatsApp message legal summons nahi maana jata.
✅ Police enquiry ke liye generally written notice issue karti hai
(u/s 41A CrPC / Sec. 35 BNSS).
✅ Notice me clearly mention hona chahiye:
• Kis case me bulaya ja raha hai
• Aur kis capacity me — witness, complainant ya accused.
✅ Sirf enquiry ke liye jaane par aapko automatically arrest nahi kiya ja sakta, jab tak legal grounds na ho.
✅ Constitution ka Article 20(3) aapko self-incriminating questions par chup rehne ka right deta hai.
✅ Aap lawyer se consult kar sakte hain aur proper due process follow hona zaroori hai.
✅ Procedure violate karke li gayi statements ko later court me challenge kiya ja sakta hai.

Police investigation me cooperate karna zaroori hai —
lekin bina rights samjhe pressure me aana bhi sahi nahi.
