How We Operate
 Organize our staff to be posted at your premises based on your needs.
 Make-work schedule for each facility in consultation with your representative.
 Co-ordinate essential or total maintenance works on holidays in consultation
with your management so that facilities remain in good shape.
 Devise daily Management checks, control and reporting systems to keep you
informed of the exact standards of maintenance by us.
 Use specified material to achieve international standard.
 Regular quality Checks by our Directors and Business Head.
Basic Business Arrangements –
 We would provide all, Combination or a single service to suit your requirement,
which can be Comprehensive or Non Comprehensive.
 Period of engagement would be flexible subject to a minimum of One Year. Two
years or more contract period and in built quality clause would be more cost
effective.
 The working hours for the wages would be 8 hours, six days a week and the
wages would be structured accordingly. Services provided beyond these working
hours and on holidays would be charged extra. However, in case of a lump sum
arrangement everything is inclusive and is a more economical arrangement with
least documentation without compromising on the quality.
 Organization of our team will be specific to site requirements.
 The facilities in charge would be the single point person to co-ordinate between
your management and our team.
Terms of payment
 All bills to be cleared within seven days of receipts each month.
 All AMC in a Comprehensive Contract would be payable at the beginning of the
contract.
 In a Non Comprehensive contract, the material bills if any would be raised at
the end of the month.
What would you have to provide us at your site
Appointment of a coordinator from your Organization for our Facilities in Charge
to Interact with.
 Provision of Operation and services Manual of the Electrical/ Mechanical
Systems.
 Provide a rest room and store for our team and Material.
 Provide Telephone facility for our Staff for intra office communication.
ORGANISING HOUSE KEEPING SCHEDULE
Weekdays (daily) Services
 Brooming, Mopping, Dusting and Disinfecting of floor area.
 Cleaning of Tables, Chairs, Sofa, Racks, and Partitions etc.
 Pile raising of Carpets.
 Cleaning of windows, glass panels, glass doors and glass partitions.
 Cleaning of bathrooms/ Toilets.
 Cleaning of canteen and kitchen, if applicable.
 Disposal of wastes from office.
 Filling of waters in thermos.
 Spraying of room freshners.
 Proper cleaning and dusting of all areas.
 Removal of cobwebs.
 Cleaning of computer terminals/keyboards/fax/panel of A.C.
Weekend Services
 Polishing of all floors except godowns.
 Vacuuming of carpets.
 Brasso of all brass items.
 Through cleaning of other daily services (toilets, tiles, pantry & kitchen).
 Cleaning of venation blinds.
 Cleaning of electrical fixtures.
 Cleaning of telephone sets.
 Applying telephone scents.
 Cleaning of ventilation blinds/cleaning of flowerpot etc.
 Any other services mutually agreed.
