Bhim Secure Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the Facility Management industry.
If you have a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation within Housekeeping, Security Services, Manpower Supply, and Facility Management, we would love to hear from you.
Location: Connaught Place (C.P.), New Delhi
Experience: Minimum 4–5 Years (Facility Management Background Preferred)
Salary: Current Salary + 8–10% Hike (Negotiable based on experience & performance)
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Facility Management services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve business expansion targets.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Preferred Industry Experience:
• Facility Management Services
• Security Services
• Housekeeping Services
• Manpower Supply & Staffing
Key Skills:
• Strong business development and client acquisition experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of FM contracts, costing, and service ex*****on.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
