Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Engineer to drive business growth across our industrial client base. You will manage client relationships, understand technical requirements, and deliver tailored engineering solutions across the region.
Key Qualifications
Education: B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) or Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)
Experience: 2–3 years in Industrial Selling, Preferably Electric Motors, Gearbox, VFD’s
Key Skills: Technical presentations, negotiation, B2B client acquisition, territory management, and strong communication skills in English and local languages
Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert potential B2B industrial clients in the assigned region.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotes, and tenders.
Maintain strong post-sales relationships and meet monthly revenue targets.
