Roles and Responsibilities

· Mechanic/Influencer & Non- Stock & Sell IWS Engagement

·The MR will perform world-class one-to-one and one-to-many interactions that will create an urge to use, reinforce usage and ensure advocacy for Castrols product brands for CT, MCO and PCO. This would include:

· Map and enroll new mechanics through Connekt app

·Capture mechanic profile

· Explain FastScan & Loyalty Program & Drive adoption of FastScan

· Conduct regular meetings with mechanics (Monthly/ Quarterly)

· Training on Castrol Products

· Connect Mechanics/ Non-Stock & Sell IWS to nearby retailers for order fulfilment

· Conduct store transformations at retailers

· Carry out activation activities such as Garage Meets/ Mechanic Meets, Fleet owners meet, Tractor clinics; Stand meets (LCV & Jeep), Roadshows and Agency led activation management etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Background Requirement

· Graduate (An Engineering / Technology in Mechanical / Automobile /chemical/ Production/ Electrical is desirable)
