We develop sustainable SWM systems that are innovative, replicable, decentralised, and community-based. In Dharamsala, our team has built a strong partnership over the past 3 years with HDFC's HT Parekh Foundation to develop Model Wards for cleanliness and active communities, help schools be clean under our Swachhta ki Pathshala education program, & transform tourist areas into Zero Waste Tourist
Destinations in Bhagsunag Waterfall and Triund, where our roots as an organization began back in 2012 with Jodie Underhill and Tashi Pareek. In 2020, our team has also partnered with Bestseller Foundation to get support to build Dharamsala's first Material Recovery Facility for dry waste where recyclable materials can be further segregated and transported to where they need to be to get recycled. This program is also working with informal waste pickers and untrained waste workers in the city to improve their lives and livelihoods. If you'd like to learn more about our work, meet our team, or help us and be a part of this change to make Dharamsala one of the cleanest cities in Himachal, please get in touch with us!
