JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

The Position will be responsible for HOT END Shift Operations

• Planning and managing production schedule

• Handling overall production activities in shifts for hot end.

• Manpower Planning & Deployment.

• Production scheduling and supervision

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

B. E. / B. Tech. Mechanical / Ceramic / Chemical

Preferred Industries

Any reputed Process Industry (Steel, Paper, Cement, Chemical / All Process Industries etc.)

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP

3-8 years of relevant experience

NATURE OF EXPERIENCE

• Must have been responsible for Productivity, Quality & Delivery in the line
• Experience in logistics and SCM, cutting line and line balancing.
• Knowledge of glass handling, cutting & packing.
• Experience in online quality and operation of various equipment like stackers (automatic), robotics, EOT cranes for handling the glass.
• Experience in usage of Lean 6 sigma tools.
• Experience in analysis of quality rejection and complaints.
• Knowledge of process automation.
• Knowledge of Liquid spray / Powder spray systems & knowledge of planning of cutting and combination of different sizes for cutting optimization.
• Knowledge of continuous processes & Criticalities involved
• Knowledge in Industrial Safety, 5S, ISO Systems & QC Tools
• Experience of working in continuous process industry.
• Should have involved in Total Employee Involvement activities and contribute towards Suggestion, Quality Circles

6. Job Description : The incumbent will lead the EHS funciton at the Green field Sekurit Bhiwadi plant; initially at the Project stage and later on once the plant becomes operational. Major responsibilities include the following: Management Systems related
• Operating knowledge of implementing the Environment, Health & Safety Management programs, policies and procedures.
• Carrying out EHS Risk assessment and initiating corrective & preventive measures
• Conducting EHS audits , Internal audits and cross functional audits, EHS Inspections.
• Accident and incident investigations - recording, reporting, Investigations, Corrective measures and Analysis.
• Defining and implementing PPE Management for the project site & plant
• Operating experience on EHS Statutory compliance requirements for both project site & plant
• Spearheading the EHS improvements within the project site & plant, Identifying, conceptualizing and implementing improvement projects related to EHS.* Coordinating with Plant EHS team and comply the Contractor medical surveillance programe and comply Health Policy of SG for Project site.
• Technical Monitoring & measurements related to EHS - Indicators, Industrial Hygiene exposures, Environmental emissions, resource conservation, etc.,
• Operating experience of EHS standards - LOTO, WorkPermits, Machinery safety, Forklifts and Work at height.
• Operating experience to emergency preparedness & response – Firefighting, First aid, medical emergency handling etc.
• Responsible for the management of the contractor EHS requirements at project site & plant.
• Operating experience of EHS compliance of new projects site / processes or changes.
• Carrying out EHS trainings to the targeted employees and also capable of designing EHS training modules
• Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety in project & manufacturing.
• Expertise in training personnel and driving initiatives in Environment Health and Safety
• Knowledge on ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
