In mid-September, a Our team member participated in the SAP FSM - S/4HANA Integration Partner Workshop at SAP Bengaluru and received a Record of Achievement.

The workshop covered three key areas:

• Joule AI
Using AI agents to improve the efficiency of maintenance and service-task ex*****on.

• Partner Portal & Crowd Service
Exploring upcoming Partner Portal features and Crowd Service capabilities that support contractual roles and related activities.

• SAP S/4HANA Integration
Integrating master data from SAP S/4HANA into SAP FSM to enable seamless synchronization and consistent data management across systems.

We will apply this knowledge to strengthen our support for SAP FSM, S/4HANA integration, AI-enabled maintenance and service operations. 💪
