Understanding by verbal and Non verbal communication.

Don't waste your energy on people who always drains you by saying "we don't understand," those who pretend to be not understanding or don't want to understand you will just keep on arguing on silly things without logic.

If you encounter such situations again and again with some people in your life beaware and avoid , focus on like minded people for self growth and professional growth.

Avoid people who drains your energy , put you 👎 down , underestimate your capabilities. These will stunt your growth on individual and professional front.

It's easy to judge with out knowing the truth.

*Everyone Has a Story in Life*

A 24 year old boy seeing out from the train’s window shouted…

“Dad, look the trees are going behind!”

Dad smiled and a young couple sitting nearby, looked at the 24 year old’s childish behavior with pity, suddenly he again exclaimed…

“Dad, look the clouds are running with us!”

The couple couldn’t resist and said to the old man…

“Why don’t you take your son to a good doctor?” The old man smiled and said…“I did and we are just coming from the hospital, my son was blind from birth, he just got his eyes today.”

Every single person on the planet has a story. Don’t judge people before you truly know them. The truth might surprise you.

It's v easy to do Behaviour or Character assessment of some one else and pass on negative comments . better hold on and analyse is it important to speak before knowing the truth... And spreading the rumour which can make others life for a toss this is been easily done on social media today by tempering pics and messages and forwarding others.

A young girl and her father were walking along a forest path.
At some point, they came across a large tree branch on the ground in from of them.

The girl asked her father, "If I try, do you think I could move that branch?"
Her father replied, "I am sure you can, if you use all your strength."
The girl tried her best to lift or push the branch, but she was not strong enough and she couldn't move it.

She said, with disappointment, "You were wrong, dad. I can't move it.” "

Try again with all your strength," replied her father.

Again, the girl tried hard to push the branch.

She struggled but it did not move. "Dad, I cannot do it,' said the girl.

Finally, her father said, "Young lady, I advised you to use 'all your strength'.

You didn't. You didn't ask for my help"

Our real strength lies not in independence, but in interdependence.

No individual person has all the strengths, all the resources and all the stamina required for the complete blossoming of their vision.

To ask for help and support when we need it, is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of wisdom.
This too shall pass,
Let's all help each other in this interdependent world,
Ask for help, give help where needed even without anyone asking you for it & stay blessed forever!
