According to a new analysis by McKinsey & Company, despite being resilient in the face of Covid-19, banks in India will have to withstand trillions in credit and revenue losses for this year, and a few more to come. The research finds that in the months and years to come, the pandemic will present a two-stage problem for banks. First will come severe credit losses, likely through late 2021. Then, amid a muted global recovery, banks will face a profound challenge to ongoing operations that may persist beyond 2024.
While devastating, Covid-19 is unlikely to be fatal for the majority of banks, for a variety of reasons, McKinsey points out that banks in India and around the world are so far focused on cutting costs to survive the crisis. However, it is recommended that with everything thriving virtually during this pandemic, an investment made in digital infrastructure is a step in the right direction.

"The North Remembers"

Binging Netflix isn’t a waste a time. You can always learn and grow from the things that you watch. You can get inspired by your favourite protagonist’s struggles and the different strategies that they use.

This time we have the most popular series of all time 'Game of Thrones'. The battle where nine families compete in order to win the throne of Westeros. There were many leaders out there, but particularly one which inspired us was 'Jon Snow'.What Jon Snow understood well, was that he cannot achieve his goals alone. From aligning the Night’s Watch with the Wildlings, to joining forces with Daenerys, his focus is often on strengthening his alliances and building his network. One of the reasons he was able to gain the respect of so many, comes from his respect and belief in others.Jon understands that winning takes strength from everyone on the team and he often finds others’ strengths and encourages them.

As a leader, you will be forced to make tough decisions on a regular basis. Whether it’s cutting back on payroll or having that difficult conversation about performance, leaders find themselves sometimes having to make unpopular decisions.Your job as a leader is to sometimes make those unpopular decisions in the hopes that it will lead to better results for the company and your team.

And the winner of the Le Mans is ~Ferrari~ *Ford* !!

Binging Netflix isn’t a waste a time. You can always learn and grow from the things that you watch. You can get inspired by your favourite protagonist’s struggles and the different strategies that they use.

Ford V/s Ferrari isn't just a movie about a race. It highlights the fact that products or technology don't bring home the game for the business, people do! And good leaders know that, they focus on getting the right people for the right job. Shelby was convinced that Miles was the only person who could beat Ferrari and he overcame every hurdle that the bureaucracy and internal politics at Ford put forward to put him behind the wheel.

As a leader, one must make it their top priority to find and develop the best people for the job. As Jack Welch said: “This whole game of business revolves around one thing. You build the best team, you win.” This is exactly what Ford did, and that's the only reason why Ford won! Rather than spending all their time on perfecting a product alone, leaders should dedicate a portion of their time to build a team and should also have the courage to back them for the long haul.

To find out how Ford achieved the unimaginable victory, make yourself a bowl of popcorn and binge away!

If Netflix hasn’t become a learning platform for you, then it will, now, for sure. As we have been keep telling how Binge watching Netflix can provide a lot to learn.

We have come up today with another series, that is “Dynasty.” A modernized reboot of the 1980s primetime soap follows two of America's wealthiest families, the Carringtons and the Colbys, as they feud for control over their fortune and their children. Told primarily through the perspectives of two women at odds -- Fallon Carrington, daughter of billionaire Blake Carrington; and her soon-to-be stepmother, Cristal, a Hispanic woman marrying into the WASP family -- "Dynasty" not only features the glitz and gloss of extreme wealth, but also exposes the dark underbelly of a corrupt world built on backroom deals.

In this scene, you can see the protagonist Fallon Carrington, the most loved character, smartly gets out the information which is fruitful to her family business. This series shows how a driven woman can achieve anything. One must learn from the strategies and tactics used in this series to make smart business decisions.

The ninth strategy revolves around SUBDUE THE ENEMY WITHOUT FIGHTING.
Too often businesses fight over market share and start price wars, only to find when it’s all over, that they’ve won a Pyrrhic victory; they have captured the market but left it devoid of profits.
Amazon learned from this war strategy. It is capturing the market share subtly and earning huge profits.
