Job Title: Senior MIS Executive:
Role Summary
The Senior MIS Executive is responsible for managing reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy, generating business insights, and supporting management with timely, data-driven reports for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. MIS & Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Generate sales, collections, inventory, and performance reports.
• Automating recurring reports for efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure timely circulation of reports to stakeholders.
2. Data Management & Validation
• Validate and reconcile data between CRM, ERP, finance, and sales systems.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain master databases and enforce data hygiene standards.
3. Business Analysis & Insights
• Analyze trends, performance metrics, and KPIs.
• Provide actionable insights to improve operational performance.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
4. Process Improvement & Automation
• Develop and enhance MIS formats and reporting systems.
• Automating repetitive tasks using Excel automation tools.
• Recommend improvements to improve reporting efficiency.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Management teams.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and analytical support.
• Assist in audit requirements and compliance reporting.

• Conditional Logic: IF, IFS, SUMIF, COUNTIF, AVERAGEIF
• Advanced Aggregations: SUMIFS, COUNTIFS
• Dynamic Functions: FILTER, SORT, UNIQUE
• Text Functions: LEFT, RIGHT, MID, TRIM, LEN, CONCAT, TEXT
• Date Functions: EOMONTH, TODAY, NETWORKDAYS, DATEDIF
• Error Handling: IFERROR, ISERROR
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
• Power Query for data transformation
• Data validation & conditional formatting
• Dashboard creation & visualization
Automation & Efficiency
• Macro recording & basic VBA knowledge (preferred)
• Data consolidation from multiple sources
• Report automation and template design
Key Skills & Competencies

Experience
• 4–7 years of MIS/data reporting experience
• Experience in sales operations, real estate, or finance reporting preferred
