Hiring Packaging Supervisor for Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujarat

Responsibilities:
 Maintaining inventory of suppliers such as Packaging Cards, boxes, Tapes, labels, barcode in packing area.
 Ensure all packaging is done according to the work order on the basis of purchasing order from the customer.
 Ensure all packaging is done according to the brand standards and requirements set by customers.
 To ensure maintain quality standards as per customer requirements by online check productions of finished goods.
 Preparation of Quality checks report for the finished goods.
 Coordinate with shipping staff to ensure the orders are received on time and are shipped accurately.
 Ensuring all packaging material are stored properly and safely to prevent damage or spoilage.
 Preparing packing list for preparations of shipping documents in advance once material packed.

Skills:
 Person must be neat and tidy and understand cleanliness.
 Must be able to follow work orders.
 Knowledge of setting printing/labeling/barcode machines.  Positive, confident and determined approach.

Job Description -
Statutory Compliance:  Ensure that business activities are conducted in adhere with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures.  Implement and manage an effective legal program.
 To ensure All Legal Licenses like SEZ LOP, Factory Inspector, Pollution control Board are up to date and valid. Monitoring all operational processes and procedures.
 Corresponding with the Development Commissioner office at SEZ.
 To carry out ICS and SA 8000 and ISO AUDIT or any other customer required Audit.
 Looking after Internal Audits. Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
 Arranging Government Certificate of Weights and Measurement. HR Operations:
 Custodian of All Employees/Contractual employee’s personal files. Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
 Making wage sheet of company and contractual employees & Maintaining of Muster Roll, for payroll generation and monitoring PF payments.
 Looking after the Professional Tax returns.
 Maintaining Employees Leave Card and Updating the Register.
 Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
 Conducting monthly workmen meeting.
 Stationary Management and Petty cash Management.
 Security Management.
 Employee Canteen Management.
 Uniform Management of employees.
 Conducting firefighting training and mock drill
 Arranging Tests reports of Compressor, noice, vernier.
 Arranging Customs Gate Pass of employees.  Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Required Experience 3 years to 5 years
Required Qualification Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, business administration, IR or any equivalent degree/certification.

• Managing a team of Credit Control Officers
• Formulation of the company's credit policy to mitigate unnecessary risk
