Process:
1. The DSA or Connector will submit Teaser Form which to be filled by Borrower or CA. This form is very basic to understand the financial back ground of borrower for last three years. This is mandatory
2. After receiving the form the financial consultant company will take 4-5 days to review the same and will update whether the discussion can take place or if not viable then no for further any discussion.
3. Immediate the consultant company will have conference call with borrowers and will discuss about the details and will enquire some technical details.
4. List of documents will be asked for review, we need to ensure that details are filled in form should match with hard or soft copies.
5. Once all verified the consultant company will have again conference call with borrowers for further discussion about ROI-Commission etc , Once Borrower agreed then Consultant company will sign a NCNDA( Rs 1000 stamp paper) with borrowers mentioning all process, time fees etc and will ask for final submission of all complete profile without missing anything. This NCNDA valid for 2 Months and max extend up to 3 Months with PDC Cheque for Guarantee.
6. With due permission of all the borrower will connect to direct financial consultant for further due diligence , process etc , Once after receiving all documents finally its take 35-60 days for final disbursement.
7. No media will involve in any discussion between the deals
8. I will take 1 %, you will take 1%, and consultant team will add on fees, funder team will add on fees, add on processing fees etc will go 8-9%. , it’s not at all final and all depends upon funder terms conditions
9. Once approved , on final disbursement , the fees will be deducted and will be paid to all after deducting TDS
