On May 1, the Rising Capital Group family came together to mark our 14th Foundation Day, and the energy in the room said everything about where we stand today.
Our team shared what they have learned, what they have built, and what this journey has meant to them. Co-founders Ankur Patel and Rajshri Patel addressed the team from Armenia through video call, laying out the vision ahead with the same clarity and conviction that has guided this firm from the beginning. Colleagues who went above and beyond this year were recognized, and the plans for the road ahead were shared with the whole team.
It was one of those evenings that reminds you why culture is not something you announce. It is something you build, quietly, year after year, through the people who show up and grow together.
We cut the cake, sat down for a special dinner, and celebrated what 14 years of discipline, trust, and ambition look like when they compound.
