**Key Points Discussed**:
1. **Overview of Cooperation Department**:
- The Additional Registrar presented an overview, highlighting various schemes and functions of the department.
2. **Amba Mamring MPCS Building Fund**:
- Additional Registrar proposed allocation of fund approved in 2020 through CSR of NHIDCL for creation of collection centre cm MPCS outlet .
- The DC has asked to identify the Project Management and Coordination Unit (PMCU) of NHIDCL and has assured to take it up again .
3. **Upcoming Meetings**:
- District Cooperative Development Committee (DCDC) meeting scheduled after 10th August 2024.
4. **Training Session**:
Regarding computerization of PACS the Additional RCS apprised the DC about some of the teething problems being faced due to managers not being affluent - A 1-day training session on basic computer skills for managers will be conducted by the DC in August.
5. **Increasing CSC Pe*******on**:
- Request was made to the DC by Additional RCS to write to the Gram Panchayats regarding the services of MPCS as CSCs ,DC has directed to increase the pe*******on of Common Service Centres (CSCs) through MPCS at the Gram Panchayat Kendra (GPK) level thereafter it shall be taken up .
6. **Padamchey VDVK Improvement**:
- DC was keen on improving availability and marketing of Padamchey VDVK turmeric .
- Assistance assured for machinery, packaging, and marketing of premium-grade turmeric.
- Assurance of help with organic certification for the turmeric.
- DC expressed interest in visiting Padamchey VDVK soon.
7. **DMA Deposits**:
- Suggestion to increase the deposit of DMA.
