Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and expand the distributor network
✅ Generate secondary sales and increase market pe*******on
✅ Build strong relationships with distributors & retailers
✅ Appoint new distributors and retailers
✅ Achieve monthly sales targets
✅ Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
🎯 Candidate Requirements:
🔹 Experience in FMCG / Food Products / Snacks industry preferred
🔹 Strong knowledge of the Odisha market
🔹 Good communication skills in Odia & Hindi
🔹 Must be willing to travel extensively
🔹 Two-wheeler preferred
🔹 Self-motivated and target-oriented
