There are no field on the globe you will be successful, if you are not able to emerge as deep rooted leader to help others.
The important things about success is , it will only come to you, if you help others to reach them to their goal.

It is hard fact that why someone will hold your hands to achieve their goal. Make your self as a kind of person who always lift some one up in every sense not put them down. It is matter of person, not a matter of rank, money, post etc.

There are so many opportunities around us whether we want to see an opportunity & how we react on opportunity, it is matter of concern.

Most of people are not open minded for new opportunity because they are not ready, not able to see & also don't want to take decision towards opportunity.

True leaders are those who took decision and they proved whatever decision they had taken, it was right. Growth mindset plays important role in taking quick decision.

Pessimist sees problems, difficulties in every situations & opportunities but optimist sees opportunity in any problems, difficulties. life is series of many, various difficulties but how we see on those difficulties it matters.

If we see the history of successful people they have worked very hard for themselves in many aspect of personal development whether it is new skillset, growth mindset, financial literacy, success habit,
leadership and changing adaptability according to situations. What we can give to others is our personal development & growth.

Our many decisions are guided by others, what we are capable of it has also guided by others and 'I can't do this or i can't do that' is kind of trend today. We put so much limitations leads to fixed mindset, leads to comfort zone & we are never able to explore our full potential.

It is always said, "Dream, Big Dreams. "It is size of dream which decides you size of success. It is unfortunate but hard truth that so many percentage of people are not dare to dream big.

Only dreaming big is not going through success. Consistent effort towards specific goal & doer kind of attitude leads to success.
