Finally bihar government ordered (bihar state food corporation) to all rice miller to give the left lott ( rice) before 08/ 07/ 2015 otherwise miller will have to pay all left rice as 2660 rupees per quintal by cash or cheque only. Rice will not be accepted after 8th of the july.
