Case Study 1

Our client is Smart Tennis Ltd, the South Asia’s leading owner/operator of fitness centers. Like most fitness centers, these usually include a gym, pool, spa, sauna, tennis courts, and a crèche for children. The centers are located mostly in suburban areas and provide parking for members.

Our client has been extremely successful in Singapore, and is considering an expansion into Continental Asia (and in particular, China, India).
