After the lockdown is over, manufacturing, distribution industry will face another big issue. Non availability or shortage of labour for loading and off loading of goods.This may become a big hindrance to resumption of normal operations.

Many industries palletize the finished goods at their manufacturing units, but ship the cargo in the form of cartons, after opening up of pallets. The said cartons may again be palletised for storage at the warehouse or the DC. This requires labour for loading, off loading of trucks and for re-palletising.

If such industry partners go in for integrated handling of palletised cargo, the problem of shortage of labour can be avoided.

POSTING THE REQUIREMENT OF TRAINERS IN THE DOMAINS OF LOGISTICS, WAREHOUSING AND PACKAGING

Dear All,

PACK-SUPP INSTITUTE (A unit of PACK SUPP SOLUTIONS LLP) is an Approved Training Partner of Logistics Skill Council.

We are conducting RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) Trainings at All India locations of Best In Class Employers (BICE), for the Logistics Skill Council; and looking to induct Trainers for the Training Sessions starting in November 2019.

The eligible Trainers should be Engineering / Science / Commerce Graduates or above, with 3-5 years of Management / Industrial / Training experience in the domains of Logistics, Warehousing and Packaging.

The selected Trainers will go through a TOT (Training of the Trainers) for familiarization with the RPL process, the Training Contents and presentations.

Persons who are already in the Training domain or who wish to take up Training as a career option are welcome.

Please take note that this is not a full-time job opportunity; the Trainers will be engaged for a limited number of days or weeks, as and when Training assignments are available at or near their residing location. The engagement may get extended to other locations, based on the performance of the Trainer.

We are looking for Trainers at all Metro cities, State Capitals and Tier1 cities.
