We are hiring an experienced Accounts Manager to join our growing team at Surender Kumar & Associates.
The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of relevant experience and a strong command of:
GST Compliance & Filing
TDS Calculations & Returns
Tally Accounting Software
Balance Sheet & Financial Statement Preparation
Team Management (Leading a team of 3 paid assistants)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
Guide and supervise a team of junior accountants.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST and TDS returns.
Finalize accounts and assist in audit processes.
Prepare financial reports and communicate with clients when required.
🔹 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field (CA Inter preferred dropout).
Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Understanding of accounting standards and Indian taxation laws.
Good communication and team leadership skills.
