We all are doing our work . What my perception is , why don't we create an impact by what we are doing .
I am sure many of us thought on same , Today, this thinking asked a question to me ...
What my product VEMS, Visioneering Education Management System which is an ERP is all about?
Yes, it shows all the facts and figures , It also helps the key holders to manage the day to day operations in a simple manner.A single click, and all the data is in front of them.Its secured , simple ,robust etc....
But what else?
Is it creating an impact ? or Are we able to contribute anything to the Education Sector through VEMS ?
And after a pause, one answer came to my mind - YES we can . Now the question is,HOW ??
VEMS has all the necessary data and if we present the data in meaningful manner , it could help School and parents to understand a child in their respective manner.
What about if we read data and present it in such a meaningful manner that can help
- the student to grow and learn ,
- the school in understanding how to keep improving by various forecasting reports and to
- the parents to understand a child mindset .
One example could be
Daily attendance ,that can give lot of insight about -----
Teacher, teaching the subject
Health condition of Students
Is student finding it fruitful or interesting.
Examination marks -
We have Reports like who is topper , and who has obtained how much marks, grades etc but what about if we count the wrong answers or half correct answers for every class .
This data can be presented in a way which can guide a teacher about the topics which needs to be revised, or if there is any need to re-present the topic in some different way ,or needs special attention for few students etc ...
These type of reports can guide us to take the necessary steps to improve it on , like Teacher training , Making the teaching more interesting or something needs to be done towards health condition of students, His/her interest towards academics, his/her inclination towards sports , extra curricular activities etc..
We have already started inducing smartness in VEMS, like forecasting etc, so that it can create an Impact and help in some way to contribute to the Education or overall growth of child .
I would like to request all who are reading this to mention your opinion and those who are into teaching can guide me in much better way to achieve the thought.
