The bigger problem in our country is that education system in country do not emphasize on providing Skills to youth so that they do not need to look for mercy of companies, government and Businessmen for employment but ..
.. the education system is designed in such a way that it only produce different level of clerks, mechanics and compounder/nurses who face tough competition and try to be best to qualify for a job and those different levels are given good names like BBA, MBA, CA, CWA, CS, software/hardware/mechanical/electrical Engineers and Different Doctors. This is the basic and biggest problem of our country as the Government copies system from English Countries, it never tried to go in the root and understand that we are different with unique civilization which had wonderful system which made it the best and richest country in the past. We were not capitalist civilization and never promoted money in the hands of few people. Shri Ram taught world that every village should be like a kingdom and every person should be independent and an entrepreneur. Doing job is not a good idea in today's world as your Employer try to exploit you and your creativity is killed with rules and work. Every youth should try to do his own business, alone or in association with big firm/company keeping his independence safe and giving himself chance of better incentive/profit for better work. We will share ideas for self-employments on this platform to help such people who want to keep their independence safe and giving themself chance of better incentive/profit for better work.
