Today, on the 50th Death Anniversary of our Founder, Late Shri Madan Mohan Bhargava Sir, we take this opportunity to pay our respect to a truly extraordinary visionary whose foresight, values and unflinching resolve laid the foundation of IFP Petro.

He saw the potential of used oil, not as waste, but as a commodity that could be refined, reused and returned to the economy at a time when used oil had little recognition as an asset. He was a pioneer of resource conservation and circularity long before sustainability was a global priority and his legacy continues to inspire us today.

What he built was not just an organization, but a philosophy based on innovation, integrity, resilience and a deep sense of responsibility towards society and the environment. Every milestone we achieve is a reflection of the values he imbued and the vision he passed on to future generations.

His legacy lives on in every drop we reclaim, every resource we conserve, and every step we take towards a more sustainable future.

BPCL and IFP Petro have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen India's Used Lubricating Oil (ULO) Collection Ecosystem, marking an important step towards building a more circular and sustainable future.

As India continues to advance towards a more circular and resource-efficient economy, strengthening the collection and responsible management of Used Lubricating Oil (ULO) has become increasingly important.

For nearly 5 decades and through 3 generations of leadership, IFP Petro has remained committed to one purpose—transforming used oil from a hazardous waste into a valuable resource.
