Key Responsibilities:
1. EDPMS & Export Compliance
• Monitor and manage EDPMS entries for all export transactions.
• Ensure timely closure of Shipping Bills (SBs) in coordination with AD Banks.
• Track export receivables ageing and ensure compliance with FEMA guidelines.
• Follow up with banks for IRM mapping and SB closures.

2. Shipping Bill (SB) Closure & Monitoring • Reconcile Shipping Bills with invoices and bank realisation documents (BRC/e-BRC).
• Identify and resolve pending SB closures and mismatches.
• Maintain SB ageing reports and ensure timely closure.

3. Duty Drawback (DBK) & Refunds
• Track and reconcile Duty Drawback (DBK) receivables.
• Monitor IGST refund status via Shipping Bills and ICEGATE portal.
• Handle recovery implications in case of non-realisation of export proceeds.

4. RoDTEP Management
• Compute and validate RoDTEP benefits as per HSN codes and DGFT rates.
• Reconcile RoDTEP ledger and ensure proper utilisation or transfer.

5. BOE Closure / IDPMS • Monitor and ensure closure of Bills of Entry (BOE) in IDPMS.
• Track import remittances against BOE and resolve mismatches.

6. Bank Realisation & Documentation
• Ensure timely receipt of e-BRC, FIRC, and IRM from banks.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and FEMA compliance.
• Coordinate with banks for delays, discrepancies, and corrections.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

7. Person should be capable enough to Liason and Authorities & get the things closed in a timely manner.
