Reliance 4G scam.

It has been brought to our attention that Reliance has recently upgraded to 4G. As a result they now want their existing customers to upgrade their devices which means if you already have an existing device which is not 4G compatible then you have to pay for a new device to enjoy internet. That means your old device is a waste now and you need to pay more for continuing their services or you can leave.

How this is a scam?

Scam 1: If you buy a new device then the cost that you paid for the old device is gone also 4G device is comparatively much expensive.

Scam 2: If you wish to cancel then it takes 7 business days for them to cancel your services and send you a final bill. Which means number of days you have been out of service + their cancellation process.

Scam 3: possibly in futute - let say reliance upgrade to 5G or some other G what is the possibility that your 4G device would be compatible with that technology?

I have been a customer with reliance since 2008. Initially joined with a dongle then moved on with a Wipod 3G compatible device and now they want me to pay for another device just to continue with them.

No way
This time Reliance Dongle Wapsi.
Lets teach them how to treat their existing customers.

So new customers dont join until we solve our problem.

VEHICLES WITHOUT STICKERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS SOCIETY.

That's the 1st thing you notice at any society gate. But are we really following this rule.

Honestly I've had enough and the worst society in this case is PARAMOUNT SYMPHONY @ Crossing Republik.

Even after repeated complaints no action has been taken yet.

Please note that this is also a security concern.
