Had the opportunity to consult and assist AndEverywhere Global in conducting a highly interactive engagement event for travel industry partners from Indore on 4th June 2026.

The evening focused on strengthening travel trade relationships while showcasing the growing DMC capabilities of [AndEverywhere Global] across destinations like Almaty (Kazakhstan) Japan, Philippines, Hong Kong and Baku (Azerbaijan)— markets where the company has strong operational presence and on-ground expertise. ([AndEverywhere][1])

It was encouraging to see enthusiastic participation from travel partners who engaged deeply in discussions around destination positioning, traveller expectations, operational support, and how strong local presence creates a meaningful difference in guest experiences.

The event also highlighted how collaborative partnerships, destination knowledge, and seamless ground handling are becoming key differentiators for modern outbound travel businesses.

Sharing a few glimpses from the event.

Learning by Doing. Practicing by Improving. Winning by Adapting.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to facilitate the CURvE Sales Engagement Program for the Corporate Sales & Business Development Team at Kuruma Travels, Gurgaon.

The workshop focused on helping participants evolve from sales executors to strategic business development professionals by strengthening their mindset, communication approach, and sales habits.

The most exciting part of the day was seeing the team actively experiment with AI to:
✅ Build and manage stronger prospect pipelines
✅ Create impactful appointment-setting conversations
✅ Refine approach calls through role-play and feedback
✅ Craft follow-up messages that remain persistent without being pushy

The enthusiasm, participation, and willingness to practice were outstanding. It was encouraging to see sales professionals embracing AI not as a replacement, but as a powerful partner in improving prospecting, communication, and client engagement.

Thank you to the entire Kuruma Travels team for making the session highly interactive and action-oriented.

Looking forward to seeing the impact of the ideas and action plans developed during the workshop.

Why Almaty Should Be On Every Travel Advisor's Radar

I recently travelled to Almaty, Kazakhstan (20–23 May 2026), and returned convinced that this is one of the most under-promoted opportunities for the Indian travel industry.

In an era where travellers are seeking unique experiences, better value and hassle-free travel, Almaty offers an extremely compelling proposition.

✔ Excellent Air Connectivity
✔ Visa on Arrival for Indian Travellers
✔ Snow-Capped Mountains within an Hour of the City
✔ Safe, Clean and Well-Organised Environment
✔ Warm & Friendly Hospitality
✔ Modern Infrastructure
✔ Europe-like Experiences at Asian-like Budgets

What surprised me most was the incredible contrast between the vibrant city life and the breathtaking natural beauty surrounding it. From mountain resorts and panoramic viewpoints to local culture, cafés and outdoor experiences, Almaty delivers far more than most travellers expect.

Beyond leisure travel, I also see tremendous potential for:

• Corporate Incentives
• Leadership Offsites
• Conferences
• MICE Groups
• Luxury Experiences

As travel professionals, we often focus on destinations that are already popular. The bigger opportunity sometimes lies in destinations that are yet to be fully discovered by the market.

For me, Almaty is one such destination.

I've shared a brief visual perspective from my recent visit and why I believe it deserves far greater attention from the travel trade.

Special thanks to Manoj Upadhyay +91 98739 15518 and the team at And Everywhere for showcasing the destination and its potential so effectively.

A room full of passionate travel entrepreneurs, eager to grow smarter and faster. At the ADTOI Delhi Chapter workshop on 23rd May 2026 at Hotel Park, Connaught Place, one message stood out:

AI is not just for big companies—it’s for disciplined, consistent travel businesses.

We discussed practical ways travel agents can use AI for:
• Faster WhatsApp responses
• Better proposals
• Consistent marketing
• Stronger lead conversion

No heavy investment. No complicated systems. Just smarter ex*****on.

AI won’t replace Travel Agents.
But agents using AI for daily marketing and quicker conversions will definitely move ahead.

In a world overflowing with choices, the real luxury in travel is no longer information — it’s curation, context, and confidence.

This journey through China reminded me that while AI and the internet are incredible assistants, the human touch of experienced travel professionals still makes all the difference. From seamless coordination to personalised recommendations, true travel expertise turns complexity into comfort.

The future of travel isn’t AI vs Travel Agents.
It’s AI + Travel Experts working together to create smarter, smoother, and more meaningful journeys.

Grateful to the amazing teams who made this experience memorable. ✈️🌍

Learning isn’t just about what we know—it's about how we communicate, influence, and create impact.

Knowledge shapes our words.
Skill shapes our delivery.
Attitude shapes our intent.
Wisdom shapes our timing.

A small reminder from my journey with Fulcrum Push—because growth is not just learned, it’s practiced every day.

Conducting the STAMP workshop with the FCM Travel teams in Mumbai (25 April) and now Noida (9 May) has reinforced something I deeply believe—organizational culture is not built through statements on a wall; it is shaped through everyday choices, conversations, and client interactions.

Across both sessions, we explored how FCM’s core values translate into real workplace behaviors and client impact:

🔹 Ownership — Taking accountability beyond defined roles and stepping up when it matters
🔹 Egalitarianism — Creating an environment of mutual respect, openness, and collaboration
🔹 Irreverence — Having the courage to challenge convention and find better ways forward

What stood out most was the honesty in the room—the willingness of teams to question, reflect, share real experiences, and commit to action from Day 1. High energy, meaningful dialogue, and a genuine intent to elevate both team culture and client experience.

Grateful for the opportunity to work with such engaged teams and contribute to building a stronger culture of performance, trust, and customer excellence.

Honored to be invited as a speaker at the International Conference on Sustainable Computing & Integrated Communication in the Changing Landscape of AI (ICSCAI 2026) held at Greater Noida.

I had the privilege of delivering a keynote session on “AI & Sustainable Tourism – How Artificial Intelligence Can Shape the Future of Responsible Travel.” The session explored how AI can enable smarter destination management, optimize sustainability efforts, reduce environmental impact, and create stronger local communities through responsible tourism.

One thought I shared with the audience:
"The future of tourism will not be defined by who attracts more tourists, but by who manages tourism more intelligently and sustainably."

A special note of gratitude to Shri Piyush Shankar Garg, Former Vice President, Fiserv Global Services, for the invitation and for creating this opportunity.

My sincere thanks to:
1. Shri Anurag Goel (IAS Retd.) – Founder, Shaping Tomorrow Consultants LLP; Former Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
2. Shri Jayant Krishna – Former CEO, NSDC; Senior Fellow, CSIS; associated with the Prime Minister’s Skill India Mission.
3. Shri Anujh Tewari – CISO, Cybersecurity Risk & Resilience Executive, Microsoft.
4. Dr. Satish Kumar Singh – Professor & Dean, IIIT Prayagraj.

Thank you all for creating such a powerful platform for thought leadership, knowledge exchange, and meaningful conversations around the future of AI, sustainability, and innovation.

It was truly enriching to share the stage with such distinguished leaders, academicians, and industry experts.

5 laws that explain why:
• Some people talk confidently with zero knowledge
• Work magically expands till deadline day
• 20% effort gives 80% results
• Most chaos isn’t personal
• Great employees become questionable managers 😄

The scary part?
I’ve been on both sides of almost all of these.

Which one hits hardest for you?
