Small-scale farmers are often weighed down by heavy, short-lived lead-acid batteries. Meanwhile, thousands of EV batteries are discarded with plenty of life left in them.

Darshan Meher saw an opportunity for a revolution in Ahmednagar. Adiabatic Technologies is closing the loop. By repurposing EV batteries into affordable, lightweight, and long-lasting power packs, they are giving farmers high-tech tools at a fraction of the cost.

AIC GIM is working extensively to support nation-building with Women Entrepreneurship. One such initiative by and .aayog launched by the hands of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa, , in the presence of dignitaries and representatives from NITI Aayog and the WEP team is the nation-first, Award To Reward (ATR) Program: WE-nurture by AIC GIM

The WE-nurture ATR program witnessed interest from 170+ women entrepreneurs from various regions of India. 25 Women-Led innovations and startups from varied sectors like HealthTech, AgriTech, Education, Sustainability, and Social Impact were selected to undergo an 8-week program conducted by AIC GIM. The program offers mentorship, guidance, and expert-led knowledge sessions to women entrepreneurs which helps scale their ideas and ventures exponentially. The program will also feature demo days and pitch presentations helping startups get investment-ready.

Initiatives like WE-nurture by AIC GIM and multiple strides by the SPC and incubators of the Goa ecosystem have positively impacted the region contributing to the recently reported highest national average of 33% rise in Women-Led startups emerging from Goa (www.tinyurl.com/goa ecosystem)

AIC-GIM provided an opportunity to startups working in working in Robotics, AI, ML, and cybersecurity at the Global Tech Summit 2024.
The event conducted in collaboration with Vibrant Goa Foundation provided a platform for startups to showcase their innovations, connect with industry leaders, and collaborate with companies and ecosystem enablers in India and foreign countries.
AIC-GIM actively engaged in the showcase to share knowledge about various incubator programs and initiatives offered by AIC to startups, to empower them in their journey towards growth and success.
