Freedom English Academy (FEA) is a global that provides youth with a 1 year training program that serves as a pathway to professional .
This is an entry level position with excellent opportunities for advancement to Branch Manager, Territory Manager and even Area Manager within 2-4 years. It is not the traditional teaching job where you do the same thing all your life. You will be more a facilitator than a teacher. You will orchestrate an array of learning aids like Computer Based Learning, workbooks, group sessions, learning games and role plays. The curriculum you will facilitate has been developed by globally renowned educators to international standards.
Job requirements and terms of appointment :-
Ability to learn and grow. Dedicated and passionate
Derive satisfaction from shaping and educating youngsters.
Good command over English language, minimum qualification is a graduation. (Any Subject)
Full time 8 hours job, either morning shift (6am to 2pm) or (12:30pm to 8:30pm)
21 days compulsory training program in Lucknow. All travelling and staying /lodging expenses will be paid by us. You do not have to pay anything. For female candidates, if required, we will sponsor trip of one parent/relative to .
Appointment letter will be issued after successful completion of the training program.
One year employment commitment required for the first year, since we are going to invest heavily in your training.
