First we will cover all villages to make them aware regarding saving energy because still people are using 100 watt bulb or 60 watt bulb because its cheaper than LED but due to lack of knowledge they are investing money in electric bill as well as investing the money in 100 watt bulb because every filament bulb will take off after 2 month. So in 12 month they are investing 180 rupee with extra charges of electric bill around 300 rupee. So due to lack of knowledge they are still not purchasing LED bulb. So we will cover this project house to house at village area to create awareness regarding saving energy because it is the procedure to save more and more electricity for our country. After that we will make seminar and LED skill development program in particular village. We will provide training some boys and girls in same living villages to open repairing center for LED made products. Make village community free of cost; give agency, distribution of LED bulb. In my district there are about 257 villages and has population of 1,658,005 and we have to reach them. After that we will cover in different areas and states. We have very good team at my village, which can produces 10000 bulbs within a month. We will use our local village labor and prepare bulb without using machine which will generate employment at my village. After that make employment chain direct and indirect that is, bulb sales by distributor or retailer or make booth for selling. And we will make some led products centers in villages directly where we trained some boys and hire them for production of bulb in villages.
