Nature recycles, Man wastes
David Suzuki Quote: “In nature nothing is wasted; everything is recycled.”
Leaves fall from trees, petals fall from flowers, snakes shed skin, birds lose feathers and eventually all living things die. Even with this so much waste our planet does not get piled up covering the earth. This is because our Mother Nature has its own ‘waste disposal’ system in place for millions of years through which the organic remains decompose. They rot, decay, and break down into smaller pieces and other living things feed on them with its nutrients which they need for growth and life.
In the Nature’s cycles everything is broken down and reused so a balanced is created. It’s the human activities that is creating imbalance in the environment and disturbing the natural cycles. Much of the waste from humans gets wasted because it is inorganic and nature’s recyclers can’t feed on it. This waste is not biodegradable. Some of our waste is dumped at places where these recyclers’ don’t survive to break it down.
Can we also become part of this natural process recycle ?
Yes we can with intent to save our nature and earth and become eco-friendly by taking small effective steps, like, using reusable bags and containers, getting online bills, saving power, upcycling clothes, using products made from renewable resources like bamboo, wood, and also avoid the use of toxic products (pesticides, plastics etc.) that are harmful to all life.
Conserve nature, Take care of future!
