Alpha Desk is a platform for Business Owners (Entrepreneurs, SMEs, Start-Ups, and Corporates) and Service Providers (Freelancers and Digital Marketing Agencies) with an all-India footprint.
We help Business Owners to Hire Freelancers and Digital Marketing Agencies to get their Projects executed quickly.
It is run by a group of professionals who have more than 3 lakh hours of experience in managing advertising and digital marketing agencies.
Alpha Desk requires Remote Outbound Telemarketers to work-from-home.
What is required of you?
i) Hunger for sales and an appetite for closing deals.
ii) Prior experience of telemarketing.
iii) Excellent conversation skills in both English and Hindi.
iv) Working knowledge of digital marketing products (e-commerce website development, Website SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing).
v) Highest standards of ethics & integrity.
You should be able to:
i) Converse with potential clients on their digital marketing needs and onboard their projects on AlphaDesk.in.
ii) Do cold calling
iii) Close sales successfully on phone and video conferencing
What are the working hours?
10 am-6pm, Monday-Saturday.
What will you get? You will:
i) Earn a basic Monthly Salary starting from Rs. 12,000-15,000 per month, depending upon your experience.
ii) Earn Monthly Incentives on conversions up to Rs. 15-20,000 per month, depending upon your performance and value of the projects won.
iii) Entitled to a Quarterly Bonus based on your quarterly performance, if you are a high performer.
iv) Get reimbursed for your monthly expenses on the Internet and phone.
v) Get leads of potential clients on a regular basis.
vi) Get regular training on Digital Marketing Products using video conference.
