Had an incredible time walking through the vibrant, spice-filled lanes of Khari Baoli with Michelin-starred Chef Takahashi from Kyoto’s Kinobu restaurant and Dr. Kawasak from .co.jp food research institute, sharing our rich culinary traditions. We explored the deep connections between our cuisines, food history, and of course, tasted some of Delhi’s finest street food.Chefs naturally bond over ingredients and flavors, and this experience was both fun and educational.A special shoutout to my dear friend Rajeev ( ), whose expertise in organizing food walks across Delhi and pan India made this journey truly unforgettable.
