CII Model Career Centre CII Model Career Centres provide an Industry-led approach where the youth can be assessed, & groomed. of West Bengal.

Model Career Centres provide an Industry-led approach where the youth can be assessed, groomed, trained and matched to various job opportunities across multiple sectors. Industries will also get a single place from where they can source their manpower requirements. Through this CII MCC are the repository of talent which can then be matched to the best fit available jobs. Currently, 28 centres are

operational in Gurgaon, Delhi, Jaipur, Baran, Mumbai, Nasik, Navi Mumbai, Sindhudurg, Goa, Bangalore, Cochin, Trivandrum, Chennai, Jabalpur, Damoh, Barwani, Rewa, Sagar, Balrampur-Chhattisgarh, Balrampur-Uttar Pradesh, Jamshedpur, Kolkata Salt Lake, Bareilly, Patna Dharamshala, Sonbhadra & Begusarai. Several of the MCCs are in Aspirational Districts which are rolled out in partnership with NITI Aayog. In the last 6 years, MCCs have impacted more than 6.5 lacs beneficiaries and have provided employment and livelihoods to over 3.5 lacs beneficiaries. CII is looking to scale up this initiative with 115 MCCs in the next 3 years. Out of this, 27 MCCs are to be set up in aspirational districts, in partnership with NITI Aayog, and 15 Centres in association with Govt.
