Often times we as & tend to wear multiple hats at work maybe because we feel that the eye to detail which we have, others may not have or some feel that it would enable them to save some cost at their end.
What's extremely important is to understand the fact that the real productivity of any work happens when we or our team members are 100% vested in it. What that means is that DO WHAT YOU"RE GOOD AT but then let the remaining work be handled by the ones who are good at that function. This will only empower you as a founder/ entrepreneur.
In order to build efficiency at work, what's critical is to focus on subjects where we truly feel we can add value or bring that change/ difference. For everything else, just OUTSOURCE THEM!
