At InspireOne, we recently had the opportunity to be part of Harvard Business Impact Enterprise’s session on “Redefining Leadership: The Human Advantage in an AI World”, featuring author Rasmus Hougaard and insights from his and Jacqueline Carter's book More Human: How the Power of AI Can Transform the Way You Lead.

The discussion reinforced a powerful shift in how we think about leadership in the age of AI. AI is no longer an optional add on at the margins of work. It is becoming embedded in how leaders think, decide and learn. In this context, the true differentiator is not the technology itself, but the human capabilities that guide its use.

Key themes that stood out to us included:

• The growing need for leaders to combine AI tools with awareness, critical thinking and compassion
• The role of AI in freeing capacity for more meaningful human leadership work such as coaching, reflection and better decision making
• The importance of building learning rich cultures where leaders continuously experiment with and refine how they use AI
