“The more we understand what is happening within us, the more choice we create in how we respond.”

We recently concluded Module 2 of TPC Leadership’s ICF & EMCC accredited Coach Training Program on ‘𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞’.

This module took the participants on a deeper inward journey exploring emotions, behavioural patterns, beliefs, and the inner narratives that influence how we show up in our conversations and relationships.

Through experiential learning and coaching practice, participants explored powerful models such as the Wheel of Emotions, Karpman Drama Triangle, Circle of Control, Inner Game of Performance, Transactional Analysis, and Ego States.

But the real learning wasn’t in simply understanding these models.

It was in turning the lens inward.

Because as coaches, our ability to support someone else’s awareness begins with our willingness to examine our own patterns, triggers, assumptions, and responses.

From awareness… to choice… to transformation.

What makes a coaching conversation truly transformational?

It isn't having the perfect questions.

When leadership learning becomes experiential, honest conversations turn into real transformation.

Our recent SAIL: Raising Anchor journey with a client brought together leaders from diverse regions, cultures, and teams to reflect, collaborate, and grow together.

Across the two days, leaders explored:
* Deep listening and coaching conversations
* Conflict management and feedback
* Delegation and empowerment
* Building psychologically safe, people-first Inclusive team cultures

What stood out most was the openness, participation, and commitment the leaders brought into the room. The learning did not stay theoretical. Leaders began applying insights immediately to navigate conversations, resolve conflicts, and strengthen collaboration within their teams.

We are deeply grateful to the Client Learning Academy and leadership teams for partnering with us in co-creating meaningful and future-focused leadership experiences.
